One of my recent posts included some images of men posed in positions that were reminiscent of the way a women would be posed. It was silly to see the men posed like this which made us think about how silly it is for us to see women put in those positions on a regular basis.
I just had to share a couple of superhero drawings I came across today that make us think in a similar way as when we look at the men posed as women pictures. An online boutique, Mode-sty, teams up with artist Michael Lee Lunsford to show us superhero's can be sexy without revealing too much! Mode-sty provides a selection of stylish clothing that are designed to be more modest and less revealing then some of the current styles available. They offer style and coverage...it's great to have choices! Anyways, take a peak at Michael Lee Lunsford's superhero drawings where he modified the type of dress that they are usually drawn in! Scroll down for some of his drawings next to their originals below!
Do you think that traditional comics should change their ways and draw women in less revealing clothing? Would you put down the sexy superhero costume for one of the modesty superhero costumes??
